Woman dies in St Ann accident

Sixty-one-year-old Phyllis Bolt of Lime Tree Gardens, Brown's Town, St Ann, died as a result of injuries she received in a motor vehicle collision on the Llandovery main road in St Ann's Bay, St Ann, last Sunday.

Reports from the St Ann's Bay police are that about 11 a.m., Bolt was driving a Toyota Corolla when she

allegedly fell asleep and collided into a Volkswagen Jetta motor car that was travelling in the opposite direction. She received multiple injuries, and was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
